My Approach to Therapy

As a licensed clinical social worker, I offer trauma-informed, emotionally attuned therapy for BIPOC women seeking real, lasting healing.

My style is:

  • Centered around emotional safety, self-trust, and long-term stability

  • Culturally competent and identity-affirming

  • Space to process your lived experience—without shame or judgment
